Aap ek lambe safar par hain. Raasta ajnabi hai, manzil abhi door hai. Gaari musalsal aage barh rahi hai aur aap ke saamne sirf ek chhoti si screen hai jis par GPS aap ko raasta dikha raha hai.
Achanak aandhi aa jaati hai, baarish tez ho jaati hai, raaste ke kinaare log mukhtalif aawaazein dene lagte hain:
Idhar jao!
Nahin, raasta badal lo!
Yeh raasta ghalat hai!
Lekin GPS apni muqarrara manzil aur dastiyaab signal ke mutabiq raasta dikhata rehta hai. Baahar ka shor us ki manzil ko nahin badalta.
Zindagi bhi ek aisa hi safar hai.
Har taraf logon ki aawaazein hain. Koi tareef karta hai, koi tanqeed; koi aap ko bada banata hai, koi giraata hai. Agar insaan apni simt logon ki aawaazon se tay karne lage to woh har aawaaz ke saath apna raasta badalta rahega.
Lekin jis dil ki nazar Allah ki raza aur haqeeqat par ho, woh har aawaaz ko sunta zaroor hai, magar har aawaaz ke peeche nahin chalta.
Jis dil mein takabbur nahin hota, use na tareef khush karti hai na tanqeed todti hai. Woh logon ki baaton ke bajaaye haqeeqat aur Allah ki raza ko dekhta hai.
Us ka dil yeh kehta hai:
“Shor-e-Zamana Nahin, Simt-e-Haqeeqat Dekho.”
Aisa dil sirf apni aql se nahin banta.
Yahan khudi se muraad takabbur nahin, balki aisa mazboot baatin hai jo apni haqeeqat ko pehchaanta ho aur Allah ke saamne jhuka hua ho.
Allah walon ki yahi tarbiyat insaan ko sikhati hai ke apni badaai logon se manwaane ke bajaaye apne Rab ke saamne jhukna hai.
Woh use ek tajir ke paas le gaya.
Tajir ne use dekha aur khush karne ke liye kaha:
“Yeh to bahut naayaab sona hai, aisa sona kam hi milta hai!”
Maalik muskuraaya aur khaamoshi se sona waapas rakh liya.
Phir woh ek doosre shakhs ke paas gaya.
Maalik phir bhi pursukoon raha.
Kyun?
Is liye ke use apne sone ki haqeeqat maaloom thi.
Us ke paas kasauti aur aisa yaqini ilm tha jo use bata raha tha ke yeh kya hai. Kisi ke tareef karne se sona khaalis nahin hua tha, aur kisi ke bura kehne se us ki khaalisiyat kam nahin hui thi.
Insaan bhi jab apni haqeeqat ko logon ki zabaan se nahin, balki Allah ki nazar se dekhna seekh leta hai, to tareef use phulaati nahin aur tanqeed use todti nahin.
Yeh takabbur nahin, baatini isteqaamat hai.
Aur is isteqaamat ke saath tawaazu bhi zaroori hai. Allah wale insaan ko yeh sikhate hain ke apni khoobiyon par nazar rakhne ke bajaaye apne uyoob ko dekho, logon ki nigaah mein bada banne ke bajaaye Allah ke saamne jhuko. Jab insaan apne nafs ko bada samajhna chhod deta hai to tareef bhi use behka nahin sakti aur tanqeed bhi use tod nahin sakti.
Log kya kehte hain, yeh nahin; Allah ke nazdeek hum kya hain, yeh dekhna hai.
Aur isi safar mein Allah walon ki sohbat insaan ko yeh sikhati hai ke apni haqeeqat pehchaano, takabbur se bacho aur Allah ke saamne jhuke raho.
“Shor-e-Zamana Nahin, Simt-e-Haqeeqat Dekho.”
Don’t get lost in the noise of the world; seek the truth
Imagine you are on a long journey. The road is unfamiliar, and your destination is still far away. Your car is moving forward, and all you have before you is a small screen showing the way through GPS.
Suddenly, a storm breaks out. The rain grows heavy, and people standing by the roadside begin shouting different directions.
“Go this way!”
“No, change your route!”
“This road is wrong!”
But the GPS continues to guide you towards your destination, according to the route and signals available to it. The noise outside does not change where it is meant to take you.
Life is much like this journey.
Voices surround us from every side. Some praise us, while others criticise us. Some make us feel important, while others try to pull us down. If we begin choosing our direction according to what people say, we will keep changing our path with every passing voice.
But a heart that looks towards Allah’s pleasure and the truth listens to every voice, yet does not blindly follow every voice.
A heart free from pride is neither made happy by praise nor broken by criticism. It looks beyond people’s words and seeks the truth and the pleasure of Allah.
Such a heart quietly reminds itself:
“.Don’t get lost in the noise of the world; seek the truth.”..”
A heart like this is not shaped by one’s own understanding alone. The company of Allah’s close and devoted servants is a great means of treating pride and learning humility.
They do not try to make themselves stand out before people. Instead, they remain humble before Allah. Their company teaches a person to recognise his true worth and learn how to keep his own desires under control. Through their company, the quality of humility begins to grow within the heart.
Allama Iqbal expressed this inner state in these words:
“There is no pride or arrogance in the boldness and strength of the self; Even when there is a sense of dignity, it is never without the sweetness of humility before Allah.”
Here, Khudi does not mean pride or arrogance. It means a strong inner self that knows its true worth and remains humble before Allah.
This is what the training of Allah’s devoted servants teaches us: instead of trying to prove our greatness before people, we must learn to bow before our Lord.
Now, consider a small piece of pure gold.
A man had a small gold biscuit of 24-carat purity. He took it to a trader.
The trader looked at it and, hoping to please him, said:
“This is truly rare gold. You hardly ever find gold like this!”
The owner smiled, quietly took his gold back, and said nothing.
Then he went to another man. Out of ignorance, the man called it brass. He criticised it harshly and declared it worthless.
Yet the owner remained calm.
Why?
Because he knew the true worth of his gold.
He had a touchstone and certain knowledge that told him exactly what it was. The gold had not become purer because someone praised it, nor had its purity been reduced because someone spoke badly of it.
In the same way, when a person learns to see his true worth not through people’s words but in the light of Allah’s sight, praise no longer makes him feel superior, and criticism no longer breaks him.
This is not pride. It is inner strength and steadiness.
But this inner strength must go hand in hand with humility.
Allah’s devoted servants teach us to look at our own faults rather than keep counting our good qualities. They teach us to bow before Allah instead of trying to appear great in the eyes of people.
When a person stops thinking too highly of himself, praise can no longer mislead him, and criticism can no longer break him.
If you allow every passing voice to decide your worth, there will be times when you think too highly of yourself, and other times when you feel completely worthless.
But when the pleasure of Allah becomes your measure, the heart is no longer a slave to praise or a prisoner of criticism.
When the GPS knows its destination, the noise along the road cannot make it lose its way. In the same way, when a heart knows that its true aim is the pleasure of its Lord, the voices of people cannot turn it away from the truth about itself.
In the end, this is the real journey of life:
It is not about what people say about us;
It is about who we truly are in the sight of Allah.
And along this journey, the company of Allah’s devoted servants teaches us to recognise our true worth, stay away from pride, and remain humble before Allah.
“.Don’t get lost in the noise of the world; seek the truth.”..”
